Recessed Lighting
Layouts planned to the room, not a grid stamped on the ceiling. Retrofit cans in existing ceilings with minimal cutting.
Good lighting changes how a room works. We design and install recessed lighting, fixtures, dimmers, and full-room lighting plans in homes from Sarasota to Naples, with clean drywall work and a written price before we start.
Southwest Florida homes ask a lot of interior lighting. High ceilings and tall foyers need fixtures hung safely and centered right. Older homes on the coast often have shallow ceiling cavities and vintage wiring behind the plaster. New construction and remodels want LED throughout with smart control. We handle all of it and leave the drywall ready for paint.

Fan installs and swaps on proper fan-rated boxes, including new switch legs and remotes.
Low-profile LED under-cabinet runs, pantry lighting, and task lighting where you actually work.
Vanity fixtures, exhaust fan and light combos, and damp-rated fixtures where code requires them.

Every job of this type includes the following as standard, not as an upsell.

Send the details and we will come back with a written price. No obligation, no hidden fees, and the license number is on every quote.
Customer-supplied fixtures are common. We check the fixture is rated for the location, mount it to a proper box, and warranty our installation work.
Retrofit recessed cans go into most existing ceilings with small, clean cuts. We plan the layout around joists and existing wiring and patch anything we open.
Usually a dimmer that is not rated for LED loads. We replace mismatched dimmers with LED-compatible models sized to the circuit, which solves most flicker complaints.
It depends on fixture count, ceiling height, and access. Every job gets a written quote up front after a walkthrough, so you know the full number before any cutting starts.
